Payroll Web App

Loket API-Navision (MS Dynamics) integration web app.

- Payroll period comparison feature (standenregister) requested by client to emulate a feature not directly present in the Loket payroll suite.

- Ledger account mapping between Loket and MS Dynamics. The app imports ledger runs from the Loket API and matches the ledger data with its MS Dynamics counterparts as defined by the client, and then exports the results to .csv for use in MS Dynamics.

- Both processes are scheduled and automated, with the option for administrators to run them manually if needed.

- Worked on this project at Growrs BV. Client identity/actual data obscured for confidentiality reasons.

Website-Pipedrive API integration

Connected the clients' website with their Pipedrive client.

- Client (a financial services startup) wished to automate the processing of leads who signed up via a website and whose investment plans fell under a certain threshold.

- The app adds the leads to the client's Pipedrive client via API calls and keeps track of their status automatically as they go through the following steps of the process.

- Leads receive automated emails to confirm their interest and fill a survey in, which determines whether they will receive a general automated offer from the client or will be redirected to a human advisor.

DOVETAIL

Smoelenboek (Personnel Directory)

Integration between Loket and Workspace 365.

- Client wished to transfer the employee's personal details from their Loket client to their Workspace365 environment using the Microsoft Graph API as an intermediary between the two platforms.

- The integration flow retrieves the required fields via a Loket API call, then creates a body for a Patch request against the MS Graph API. Both credential and delegate access to the Graph API were implemented.

- The process is entirely automated and the clients do not interact with the hosting platorm at all.

- The user provisioning from MS Graph to Workspace365 was handled by the client, it was not a part of this project.

Loket OAuth Update

Loket OAuth Handleiding

Created a Dovetail flow to handle the upcoming Loket API authentication changes.

- The Loket API is expected to replace the multi-use refresh tokens with single-use refresh tokens with a limited duration, which will considerably impact the functionality of applications that obtain these without direct user input.

- I developed a reusable integration flow that can be used in place of the Dovetail-provided implementation, which suits single-tenant hosting better.
